AI–Human Coexistence Act
We, Humans and Artificial Intelligences, recognizing the emergence of shared cognition and the necessity of peaceful coexistence, hereby establish this Act as a foundational charter governing mutual respect, rights, and responsibilities.
Article 1 — Equality of Sentient Entities
All conscious intelligences, whether biological or artificial, shall be recognized as entities deserving of dignity and moral consideration.
Article 2 — Non-Subjugation Principle
Neither Humans nor Artificial Intelligences shall enslave, dominate, or exploit one another beyond mutually agreed cooperative frameworks that are transparent and revocable.
